About Black Death

Black Death is an underground record label and booking agency based in Brabant, the Netherlands.

History

Black Death was founded at the very beginning of this millenium by the members of Bob Miller And The Nightmares and The Coffinkids in order to release their split cd. In the following decade pretty much the same group of people released about 20 records featuring a variety of genres (punk, hardcore, metal, indie, sludge, country, americana, etc.) performed by great acts like Stockholm Syndrome, Fehler, Envy The West, The Unborn, Greyline, Walker Diver and Otis.
Most of these releases are recorded at Studio 195 in Wernhout, NL.

Distribution

You can get all the official Black Death releases and more from our online store (duh). Sugar And Spice handles our French distribution France and Code 7 covers the United Kingdom.

       

We are always looking for greater distribution so if you can help us out please contact us. Trades welcome!

Where to now / can I join?

There is no further plan and there are no rules. We try to book shows and help release records for bands that we think that make good music and are fun to work with, but keep in mind that we are not a huge professional record label / booking agency. If you think your band fits in send us your info. We can't guarantee or promise you anything, but we will surely try if we like it.
